Where: San Jose, CA
Educational // Implementation Session Dates: 3/29/22 - 4/1/22 (approx. 6 - 8 hours each day)
Requirements: You must have at least 2 clients, you must be using a task management system (if you're still relying on pen and paper to run your business then this isn't the right fit for you at this time), you are willing to put in the work to really grow your bookkeeping business to a point where it doesn't rely on you, you have a desire to hire either now or in the future and a growth mindset.
*We will be requiring you to fill out an application after payment, and if we feel you aren't the right fit right now (you are always welcome to reapply for our next retreat) we will happily refund your deposit. After payment this application MUST be filled out within 24 hours or you will lose your spot at the retreat and be immediately refunded for your deposit
What's included:
✅ We will cover the cost of a mansion AirBnB that will hold 16 people so we can all stay in one place (you are welcome to stay at a hotel, at your own cost, instead but we only have 5 off site spots) (p.s. some of the rooms will sleep two in two separate beds and rooms are first come, first serve and you may be sharing a room with others)
✅ We will provide catered breakfast and lunch on Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri (aka the days we are doing trainings + implementation)
✅ We will cover a party bus for Thursday night to take us to downtown San Jose so we can stay as a group and explore the town (drinks + entertainment + dinner aren't covered)
✅ Myself, my Operations Manager (Alyssa Truelove), our amazing content/copy creator (Jennifer Curfman), and our assistant & community supporter (MaKenzie Totten) will be there to support you in person and you can pick our brains during your time at the retreat
✅ Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri we will do in person implementation and education sessions and we are finding a guest expert (hopefully Serena Lorraine 
) to do another educational training session
✅ Education/implementation/training will cover building future + current org charts, determining hires, building out internal operations + systems that aren't usually in a project management system, team onboarding processes, creating company culture + values for you and your current//future team, automating your sales process through funnel building, nailing your core processes + brainstorming and breakout sessions to build out these concepts (we will provide workbooks, all materials needed and more)
Cost for on-site stay: $3,000 (per person) - Up front payment required
Cost for off-site stay: $2,500 (per person) - Up front payment required
Number of spots: 16 on-site & 5 off-site = 21 spots total
*Flight and taxi to the Airbnb and dinners are not included but your AirBnB stay (if staying on-site) is covered
