Kickoff with Asana for Bookkeepers & Accountants is our signature, self-paced program that provides a done-for-you solution to implementing Asana (or another project management system) into your firm. The intention is to streamline your workflows and processes for all the departments of your company so that you can manage your firm and stay on top of your tasks.
Breakthrough for Bookkeepers & Accountants is a group coaching program that offers high-touch guidance toward building a sustainable, scalable firm. This program is designed specifically for firm owners who want to build and manage a team to support their growth, so they aren't stuck doing EVERYTHING themselves.
You'll get tangible concepts to turn into instant action steps, plus coaching to help you decide how to prioritize your focus.
Once I join, do I get immediate access to the program?
Once you join, you’ll get immediate access to the program and your invitation to join the student-exclusive Facebook community! You’ll get LIFETIME access to any content added to your portal, including video training, templates, workbooks and 6 months of access to coaching, support and all coaching call and guest expert replays.
Do I have to have a team to join the program?
You don't have to have a team, but you MUST have the strong intention to build one or currently have one! A lot of the content in this program revolves around setting up your systems and processes to easily delegate to your team members so you’re no longer wearing all the hats! We’ll coach you on how to find your dream team, and how to manage them as a kick-ass leader.
Can I bring a team member?
YES! We want you to have support in implementing the material while you go through our program. Each student can bring two team members, we allow you to do so, at no additional cost! Your team member will also get access to the Facebook community to gain additional support and can attend group coaching calls on your behalf!

What if I can't make the live group coaching calls?
We HIGHLY recommend you fit as many calls as you can into your schedule to get the full benefit of this coaching program. Group coaching sessions aren’t mandatory! These are designed to give you the opportunity to get your questions answered and get feedback from our team of experts! All group coaching sessions will be recorded and available for replay for 6 months.
When does Breakthrough start?

I'm way past being a newbie and I'm nervous that this isn't the caliber I'm looking for. Is this geared towards bigger firms?
This is not a program for beginners and is intended to serve firm owners that don't have a problem with getting clients but have hit capacity (with or without a team) and needing to create more centralized systems.
Breakthrough is for those that want to build a team of leaders and managers that can run the business on your behalf and infuse long term growth strategies to remove yourself from the day-to-day work.
